Children at the Truman Square residence received fire safety education and toured fire trucks at the most recent monthly Kid’s Night sponsored by Triple C.

EDISON, NEW JERSEY (June 31, 2022) – Firefighters from the Edison Fire Department visited children at the Truman Square residence last week. As part of the visit, the four firefighters shared fire safety education.

The children received hats, coloring books, and crayons from the firefighters who donated their time for the event. They were also able to sit in the firetrucks and learn how to spray the hose.

“The families were elated to watch their children take part in such a fun activity!” said Triple C’s Regional Director, Danielle Corbin.

After the fire safety event, the children stayed for Triple C’s monthly Kid’s Night.

“It included over 20 kids participating in playing games, painting, playing with chalk, and interacted with each other in a fun and safe environment!” said Corbin.
