This April, Triple C Housing hosted a series of impactful events focused on connection, growth, and community support. From resource-building to youth engagement, each event reflected our ongoing commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for those we serve.
Your Journey Starts Here – April 1 Event
We kicked off the month with our “Your Journey Starts Here” event, bringing together community members and staff in a welcoming environment where individuals could learn more about available programs, ask questions, and take important steps toward stability and independence.
The space was filled with encouraging conversations, helpful resources, and a shared sense of purpose. Attendees were able to connect directly with our team, gaining guidance and insight to support their personal journeys.
Snack Time Hangout & Career Counseling – April 9
Later in the month, we hosted our Snack Time Hangout at Chatham, designed to support youth in a safe and engaging setting. Participants enjoyed healthy snacks while connecting with peers, promoting wellness and positive social interaction.
Alongside the hangout, we offered a Career Counseling session, providing personalized advice and direction for youth exploring their future goals. The event also included a giveaway, adding excitement and appreciation for those who attended.

Stronger Together
Both events highlighted the importance of creating spaces where individuals feel supported, empowered, and connected. Whether helping someone take the first step in their journey or providing youth with guidance and community, Triple C Housing continues to stand as a pillar of support.
We are grateful to everyone who participated and helped make these events meaningful. We look forward to continuing this momentum and creating even more opportunities to uplift and strengthen our community.
