As we enter this season of gratitude and reflection, it’s the perfect time to pause and acknowledge the dedication, compassion, and heart that each member of the Triple C Housing team brings every single day. The impact our staff make — on the individuals we serve and on one another — is what makes our workplace truly special.

We’re excited to introduce a new tradition designed to help us share appreciation in a meaningful and uplifting way.

🌟 Introducing: The Appreciation Notes

Over the next few days, everyone will receive a set of colorful post-it notes. We’re inviting each of our staff member to take a few minutes to write a thank-you note to a fellow team member — or even a few. They’re encouraged to highlight something kind they’ve done, the positivity they bring, or simply let them know how grateful they are to work alongside them. Once they written their notes, they will place them on that person’s door, desk, or cubicle.

All notes received will also become part of the Encouragement Wall (thoughtfully created by Leslie). The Encouragement Wall is a space that reminds us of the teamwork, kindness, and encouragement that holds our organization together. Staff members will save their notes, as we’ll gather and share some of them at the beginning of December to carry this spirit of gratitude into the holiday season.

We look forward to filling our office with meaningful messages of thanks, encouragement, and positivity. A simple note can brighten someone’s day more than you know.
