National Nurses Day

At Triple C Housing, a lot of the most important work happens in everyday moments. A quick check-in. A conversation that goes a little deeper. Noticing when something feels off and taking the time to follow up.

Our nurses are at the center of that.

On National Nurses Day, we’re taking a moment to recognize the role they play across our programs. Their work is not just about assessments or documentation. It’s about understanding the full picture of someone’s well-being and meeting them where they are.

They help connect the dots between health, housing, and stability. Whether it’s supporting medication routines, keeping track of ongoing health needs, or simply being a consistent presence, they bring a level of care that goes beyond what’s expected.

There’s also a trust that gets built over time. People begin to feel more comfortable asking questions, sharing concerns, and taking steps toward better health because they know someone is paying attention and genuinely cares.

That kind of support matters.

Our nurses are part of a larger team, but the role they play is unique. They help create space for people to focus on their well-being in a way that feels manageable and realistic. They remind us that care is not just clinical. It’s personal.

Today, we recognize the time, attention, and care they bring into this work every day.
