Teamwork in Action: Building the Future Together at Triple C Housing

At Triple C Housing, we believe that teamwork truly makes the dream work—and yesterday’s Staff Engagement Forum was a powerful reminder of that truth.

Led by Leslie Stivale, CEO, alongside members of the Executive, Administration, Human Resources, Clinical, and Facilities teams, as well as newly onboarded staff, the forum brought together colleagues from across the organization for an interactive and inspiring session focused on our mission-driven work.

The conversation centered on revamping our training and orientation programs to ensure every team member is anchored to the foundational principles that define who we are and what we do. This collaborative effort is part of a larger initiative to co-create new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and develop training modules that reflect our shared values, best practices, and collective expertise.

The forum underscored Triple C’s commitment to continuous learning, transparency, and partnership across all departments. Through open dialogue, shared ideas, and a united approach, our teams are helping to build a stronger foundation for the next chapter of growth and excellence.
