As we embark on the next chapter of our organizational journey, Leslie Stivale, CEO, has launched a powerful new initiative in our workspace — the Vision Board Wall — designed to spark collaboration, deepen engagement, and bring our 3-Year Strategic Plan to life.

A Shared Space for a Shared Future

The Strategic Vision Board Wall is more than just a collection of sticky notes, sketches, and big ideas — it’s a living, evolving canvas that reflects who we are, where we’re going, and how we’ll get there together. Born out of insights from our annual Board, Staff, and Family Advisory Members Retreat and grounded in a comprehensive SWOT analysis, this strategic framework lays the foundation for the next three years of impact and innovation at Triple C Housing.

But plans don’t succeed in binders — they succeed when people own them. That’s where the Vision Board Wall comes in. It invites every member of our community — from leadership and staff to families and partners — to contribute their voice, creativity, and expertise to shaping our shared future.
