At Triple C Housing, our mission to support and empower the individuals and communities we serve would not be possible without the dedication of our incredible team. From our CSS and Residential staff who provide direct care every day to our consumers, to our administrative staff who keep our operations running smoothly, each employee plays a vital role in making a meaningful difference.

Employee Appreciation is more than a single day for us, it is an opportunity to recognize the commitment, compassion, and professionalism that our staff demonstrate throughout the year. Working in human services requires patience, empathy, and resilience. Our employees consistently show up ready to support residents, collaborate with their teams, and go the extra mile to ensure that everyone we serve receives the highest quality of care.

This year, Triple C celebrated Employee Appreciation by bringing our team together and providing lunch for staff across our locations. It was a small gesture meant to say a very big thank you. Moments like these allow us to pause from our busy schedules, connect with colleagues, and acknowledge the hard work that often happens behind the scenes.

We are especially grateful for our residential teams who work around the clock to support our consumers. Their dedication ensures that every individual in our programs feel safe, respected, and supported in their daily lives. At the same time, our administrative staff help ensure that our organization continues to grow, operate efficiently, and stay focused on our mission.
