Last month, Triple C Housing proudly celebrated Social Wellness Month by hosting a variety of activities that encouraged teamwork, connection, and employee engagement.
Staff kicked off the celebration by wearing their favorite sports team apparel, showing off team spirit while connecting with coworkers. Another fun activity invited everyone to wear their favorite color, bringing a bright and positive atmosphere to the workplace.
Employees also enjoyed an Ice Cream Day and a Snack Day, giving everyone a chance to take a break, enjoy refreshments, and spend time together. Throughout the month, staff participated in fun games and team-building activities, creating opportunities to laugh, interact, and strengthen relationships across departments.
To wrap up the celebration, staff attended a baseball game at TD Bank Ballpark, where they enjoyed an evening together outside of the workplace. The outing was a wonderful opportunity to relax, cheer on the home team, and continue building the strong connections that make Triple C Housing such a supportive organization.

At Triple C Housing, we understand that social wellness is an important part of maintaining a healthy and positive workplace. Events like these help foster collaboration, improve morale, and remind us of the value of taking time to connect with one another.
Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make Social Wellness Month a success. We look forward to creating more opportunities for our staff to come together, celebrate, and continue building the positive culture that defines Triple C Housing.
Together, we’re strengthening our workplace—one connection, one smile, and one shared experience at a time.
