Alexis Alford
I’m honored to be nominated for Employee of the Quarter—thank you for the recognition!
Recently, I earned my Mental Health First Aid certification through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. For those unfamiliar, Mental Health First Aid is the initial support provided to someone experiencing a mental health challenge. I’m proud to serve as a vital link between individuals in need and the professional resources that can support them.
Outside of my role at Triple C, I channel my creativity into The Blueprynt Experience—a graphic design company I founded 4 years ago. It’s a space where I collaborate with individuals and businesses to bring their visions to life through thoughtful design and brand development. Watching ideas evolve into something tangible and impactful is what I enjoy most about the creative process.
I’m also passionate about organizing service initiatives for inner-city communities, finding purpose in making meaningful contributions, no matter how big or small.
Working at Triple C has given me a unique opportunity to merge these passions—supporting others through essential services, while also using my design skills to create program flyers. Being able to do both is something I truly value and take pride in.
Alexis’ passion is undeniable and their impact is felt in everything they do, from supporting clients with care to amplifying voices through thoughtful design. We’re incredibly grateful to have them on our team and inspired by the way they live out the values of Triple C Housing every day. Congratulations on this well-deserved recognition!
