Services
Residential Care & Services
Residential services include 24 hour supervised support in a residential setting, and Level C semi-supervised support in an apartment setting, designed to provide flexible, consumer centered support to promote independence, self sufficiency, and wellness. Self care/daily living education, medication monitoring and management, wellness and recovery planning (WRAP), illness management and recovery groups (IMR), integrated dual diagnosis treatment (IDDT), linkage to mainstream resources, case management/service procurement, and budgeting /financial literacy training services are offered, tailored to each individuals needs. 15 beds in Supervised Residence A+, 1 Respite bed in Supervised Residence A+ and 9 beds in Semi Supervised Residence Level C.
Supportive Housing
Supportive Housing is tenant operated, permanent housing coupled with community support services that are collaboratively tailored by the consumer and support specialist. Onsite supports and wrap around services are mutually established with the consumer, including but not limited to medications monitoring and management, wellness and recovery planning (WRAP), illness management and recovery groups (IMR), integrated dual diagnosis treatment (IDDT), case management, linkage to community resources and naturally occurring supports and budgeting/financial literacy training services.
