Triple C Housing partners with individuals who are at risk of experiencing homelessness with special needs. Our mission is to provide permanent, supportive housing opportunities coupled with innovative support services, empowering individuals to live independently with dignity and to fulfill their utmost potential. The current economic climate magnifies our mission to extend our reach to the multitude of individuals in need, on the brink of homelessness, long term institutionalization or persons further marginalized by poverty and mental illness. Services:
Supportive Housing
Supportive Housing is permanent housing coupled with community support services that are collaboratively tailored by the recipient of services and support specialists. Wrap around services are mutually established with the consumer, including but not limited to case management, medication monitoring and management, wellness and recovery planning (WRAP), illness management and recovery groups (IMR), integrated dual diagnosis treatment (IDDT), case management, linkage to community resources and naturally occurring supports, and budgeting/financial literacy training services.

Residential Care & Services
Residential Care Services include 24-hour supervised supportive services in a residential setting; and semi-supervised support in an apartment setting, designed to provide flexible, consumer-centered skill training to promote independence, self sufficiency, and wellness. Self care/daily living education, medication monitoring and management, WRAP, IMR, IDDT, linkage to mainstream resources, case management / service procurement, and budgeting / financial literacy training services are offered, tailored to each individuals needs (15 beds in Supervised Residence, 1 Respite bed in Supervised Residence, and 9 beds in Semi- Supervised Residence Level).
